Mid-Daylich Hotzaw Deposit Agreement

 The buyer agrees to place a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 for a puppy from the below selected litter. This deposit goes towards the total purchase price of said puppy & holds your place in line for a puppy which will be selected in the order of receiving this form & deposit in full. If the selected litter does not produce a suitable pup for the buyer, the deposit will then be transferred to any future litter from Mid-daylich Hotzaw German Shepherds. All puppies are sold on limited AKC registration; until requirements outlined in the contract have been successfully met. Buyer is aware that their deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable should they change their mind to purchase for any reason or are unable to pay the outstanding balance for the puppy.  

Buyer will pick up their puppy between 8-8.5 weeks of age with a set date that will be selected once the litter arrives. Personal checks will not be accepted for final payment on pick up date as payment needs to be made in full on or before date of pick up. Cashiers check & cash will be accepted at pick up for remaining balance owed. If for any reason a puppy is not paid in full on or before set pick up date, puppy will absolutely not leave the property of Mid-daylich Hotzaw. Puppies will be held no longer than 9 weeks of age; if buyer does not make arrangements within this timeline, buyers deposit will be forfeited (not transferred to future litter) & pup will then be listed as available.

Mid-daylich Hotzaw has the right to terminate this agreement if buyer is unable to maintain proper contact, for any reason, throughout this process or if any concerns arise in which it is determined to not be a good fit & the buyer will be refunded the $500.00 deposit.
